Have lived here for over 1 year now and it is the best building I have been in during my 8 years in Manhattan. The apartment and common areas are very modern. The doormen and building staff are all extremely nice and helpful. The gym is top notch compared to other buildings.

I am extremely disappointed with the front desk security at 505 W 37th St, New York. The guard’s behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. His tone and manner of speaking were inappropriate and made the interaction uncomfortable. As a resident and a parent with a young child, I find this especially unacceptable. When I was clearly handling a stroller/cart, no assistance was offered.
