I wrote a negative review a few months ago regarding smoking issues that went unresolved. Those have since been taken care of, so I wanted to provide a more balanced perspective. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive; maintenance is super responsive. Case in point: One night at 4:00am the smoke detector started beeping because the battery was dying. As another tenants pointed out, TFC management hasn’t really done much about the smoking issue in their buildings. It feels like the problem has become so common that they’ve just given up on it. We’ve had to step in and talk to our neighbors ourselves if we want to see any change.
A smoker's paradise. Supposedly it is a smoke-free building, but someone near my unit smokes all the time, both marijuana and cigarettes. I have notified management multiple times, but no response and no action. So if you're a smoker, this is the place for you! Unfortunately for me, I am sensitive to smoke, but am stuck with no recourse and zero response from management. What was once a great apartment is now a smoke filled misery.

My fiancé and I lived here for two years and it couldn’t have been better. The building staff is amazing - kind, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. Maintenance requests are taken care of nearly immediately and efficiently. The building is designed well with quiet apartments. Gym is top notch and location of the building next to Hudson Yards is great. We would’ve lived here indefinitely if we didn’t have to move! Best reasonably priced building in NYC!
