I put in a service request yesterday at 9:30pm and Geoffrey (the facilities manager) arrived to my door at 10am this morning. He quickly fixed my problem, walking me through what he was doing every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable, super personable and even shared some great tips and tricks for living here and the local area. I couldn’t have asked for better service - thank you!!
I live here. It’s beautiful and safe. Management makes sure it stays that way. Great for seniors because it’s next door to the senior center. If you like peace and quiet then this is for you but almost everyone has a dog. That’s a good thing if you love animals. Maintenance is so thorough and quick. They don’t mind the dog and fixed my stuff asap wonderful job fixing things today. Really fast and perfect
We’ve lived here for several years. The upstairs tenant moved in over half a year ago. For the past several months, they have been making unusual noises almost every day at random times, especially between 1–2 AM and around 6–7 AM. The noises include repeated jumping, banging on the floor, dragging furniture, and many other sounds that are clearly not normal footsteps or ordinary household noises such as vacuuming.
