The move in process was very easy. Darren was very accommodating despite us arriving near the end of business hours. The building had move in carts available which made it easy to load everything up.
3 year resident and everything is great! Amenities, cleanliness, and especially maintenance! Signed up for another year!
I put in a maintenance request as a drawer in the kitchen was not opening fully. Within an hour a staff member was in the apartment and then within 15 minutes completely fixed the issue. Again another great experience with 505 Sutton staff. Highly recommend this property.
