I live here. It’s beautiful and safe. Management makes sure it stays that way. Great for seniors because it’s next door to the senior center. If you like peace and quiet then this is for you but almost everyone has a dog. That’s a good thing if you love animals. Maintenance is so thorough and quick. They don’t mind the dog and fixed my stuff asap🙂

I’ve lived in a few different places throughout my life, but none have come close to the comfort I feel at 505 Sutton. The property is always well maintained, when there is an issue it is always addressed immediately. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be living. PS-love the new black mulch the property management crew has gone with.
