This used to be a great place to live and managed very well, but ever since a new manager took over, things have really gone downhill and living here absolutely isn't worth the money. No accountability for anything from management, unresponsive to important concerns, and an all around terrible experience. Can't wait till my lease is up.
A good place to live, not to visit. They haven’t paid their intercom system in 2 weeks. When you dial a number, it says the line has been disconnected. Even with a ticket submitted, they haven’t addressed the issue which sucks now with the holiday season. Definitely annoying to have to keep calling for them to come down and open the door.
I have been living in 505 Sutton for about 5 months now and have absolutely nothing but good things to say! The service team is so helpful when needed! They came for routine maintenance and went above and beyond to fix something I didn’t even know was broken! The facilities are clean, the appliances are perfect, there is plenty of parking, and it’s about 30 seconds from 495. Not to mention the units are very quiet! Geoff has been fantastic since day 1 of me touring the complex, all the way up to helping me with odds and ends around my new apartment, to random questions about the facility and its amenities. He's super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and an all around great asset to your team!
