We’ve lived here for several years. The upstairs tenant moved in over half a year ago. For the past several months, they have been making unusual noises almost every day at random times, especially between 1–2 AM and around 6–7 AM. The noises include repeated jumping, banging on the floor, dragging furniture, and many other sounds that are clearly not normal footsteps or ordinary household noises such as vacuuming. The move in process was very easy. Darren was very accommodating despite us arriving near the end of business hours. The building had move in carts available which made it easy to load everything up.
3 year resident and everything is great! Amenities, cleanliness, and especially maintenance! Signed up for another year!
