In the app, the lot numbers are labelled. It's best to make sure you correlate the app with the parking; it can be pretty confusing with parking lots in Calgary. I've been looking for parking lot #175, but in the app #176 is there instead. Which is it?
Way to expensive.
Don't recommend it. They make parking here confusing on the app and if you don't select the correct lot they ticket you even if you paid and the trying to get them to cancel the ticket is nearly impossible because even if you submit a claim on their site all they'll do is send you an email telling you to call the number on the ticket be cause they need more info but they never answer the phone and you end up on hold for hours with no results. Seriously the worst run parking service in the entire city.
