Mother of a standard poodle here. So boom, I called nonstop since 10AM this morning, and they refused to answer. I said fine, I'll just go over to drop him off. I'm heading there and I call AGAIN, they finally answered 5 minutes after noon saying they don't accept drop offs after 12. I went to them once before, and they completely shaved my dog. It was a challenge for us to find a groomer for our Golden Doodle. Either she didn’t vibe with them or the cut was janky or their “bedside manner” was rough. We went through several - until we found Manny (cue Angels singing)! I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to trust that when your pup is in someone’s care that they’re treated with respect and dignity and kindness.
