Manny was great with my pups! I sent her pictures prior to their groom so she could see what they looked like and what the cost would be upfront. It was easy to book with her and location was convenient to my house. The dogs came out great and looked so cute with their new accessories.
Manny was awesome. I have a VERY nervous rescue pup that is literally afraid of her own shadow! She took her time with her to make her feel comfortable and safe, and being one on one in a quiet environment really helped as well! I have been searching for the perfect groomer for my fur baby and I believe I found her!! Will definitely be back!
Mother of a standard poodle here. So boom, I called nonstop since 10AM this morning, and they refused to answer. I said fine, I'll just go over to drop him off. I'm heading there and I call AGAIN, they finally answered 5 minutes after noon saying they don't accept drop offs after 12. I went to them once before, and they completely shaved my dog. Should have never given them another chance yet I did and they pretty much said, Sorry, not our problem that you called and left a voicemail and we didn't respond. I wish I could giv... read more
