Since new management took over a few weeks ago, service is horrible. I keep getting the run around on getting issues fixed inside my apartment where the sink is backing up in the bathroom, the dryer is leaking and causing water damage to the ceiling and floor and still having a roach issue despite numerous sprays with pest control. Our sink and dishwasher have been left unrepaired for two weeks due to the management’s incompetence in handling a transition between owners that resulted in the entire maintenance staff getting fired except one.
Do not move here. I cannot stress it enough. Save yourself the misery, please. Between the neighbors, the lack of contact/care from the leasing office, and the poor quality/condition of the buildings, you would be avoiding a horrible experience by not living here. 1. There are roaches. There were roaches in my unit on the day I moved in that took months to get rid of, on top of having to pay for my own solutions as their pest control clearly was not enough.
