This places used to be fine until new management came, when we first moved in there was order and way cleaner than now, now we have residents throwing chicken bones on green area where we walk dogs and trash all over the parking lot. Now they charge more for rent and the place is way to dirty and filthy. This new management came to destroy this place. 😡😡
I had to open several service requests to address the same issue (Overflow from upstairs tenants toilet). And trash is allowed to pile up and with the hot weather use your imagination regarding the stinch. Please see attached pictures. This is what I come home to after a long day at work. Disappointing 🤮
I have lived in this complex since 2019 and as I stay here it gets better and better. The only thing I would be concerned about is slow maintenance and maybe the garbage disposal outside other than that I enjoy living at Vetra Forest Hills.
