5 star service. Smooth closing for my son's car.
I recently purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan from them. Ive never been in and out from a car purchase before like i did with 501 Motors. Ali helped us out and was very honest throughout the transaction. We would definitely go back for our next purchase.
Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience at the end. We were not able to purchase the car even though we had supposedly left being approved, then the bank said no after we had the car (which I still don't understand) and when we returned the car we were told that we couldn't get a refund on the deposit that was given for the vehicle since they had already requested a title transfer from the state even though we still have no idea how we were able to drive off of the lot without the banks final approval.
