Recently purchased an suv from 501 motors and was disappointed that they couldn’t clean the vehicle very good on the inside, i found candy wrappers under the back seat and other small trash under the driver seat.
BUYERS BEWARE!! Texas Administrative Code (Title 43, Part 10, Chapter 215), a dealer’s advertising cannot be "false, deceptive, or misleading." This includes any digital platform like a dealership website, Facebook Marketplace, or Autotrader. They currently have listed a Cadillac CT5 that has a salvage title. There is no mention of it on their Facebook ad, or website. The ad says the car is in "pristine condition" and "meticulously maintained." Good place to rent a car. Employee are very helpful and nice.
Did a Turo rental for the weekend and am absolutely disappointed by the experience with these people. Difficult to communicate with, no single point of contact and all the employees say different/contradicting things. Ended up paying additional fees for the lack of clarity and communication on their end. Do yourself a favor and rent your vehicle elsewhere.
