They suggest for you to make a payment through HangTag app which was glitchy. I made the attempt to pay through it, which did not go through. I did not realize this, and they ticketed me with a $87 fine despite their faulty app. The only sympathy I got was a $5 reduction for a $81 fine instead. Although customer service was responsive, no further sympathy or consideration was made. Never parking here ever again.
Dined at a restaurant in the building that offered free parking through impark , because I did not know the rules I had to pay a 100 ticket . They weren't willing to apply logic and cancel the ticket for honest mistake. Savage employees with no sympanlthy and working to do whatever it takes to take your hard earned money.
Good access to Meridian Arts Centre next door. Spacious, safe, clean. Great deal for indoor parking on weekends. Be sure to track down the payment terminal in the elevator lobby before you leave your car.
