Terrible customer service and such as Scammer I got notice at 2:36pm and i was from washroom back at 2:39pm. I asked the lady at UPS store that why i got the notice even i’m Ups customer and i already paid for the parking?. She told that i can call to dispute it. Today i called the first 2 persons pick up phone ( one lady, one man), they were supper rude and bad customer service.
