It was humiliating behaviour when i call to the ticket officer. They gave us ticket 98 dollars without any reason. If two hour free parking then why you need registered the licence plate. Really not recommended to visit any of the shop there in future.
This lot seems to only have one payment station, and it's slow to accept credit cards, which makes the wait even longer. No app works for this lot, unavailable via hangtag which is recommended on the impark website. I'd rather park at the mall and walk over if it's that difficult to pay for parking.
I'm currently trying to pay. Im on the life labs side of the parking lot and there isn't anything. The listed lot number does not work for any online app, ive tried both. The listed number is 701 its on Google and on the board neither one is right for online. Impark im trying to pay
Needed 15 minnof parking and metre would not accept cash and forced minimum 2 hr payment.
