Very Un professional, when they came to my house to pick up loud the person was very rude and yelling at me give me wrong price than the quotations, ending up paying more money, when items were shipped to California form Arizona, they damaged My dresser broke leg, damaged so many of boxes, and dishes, I will never give them business. DO NOT HIRE 500MOVE. They told me file claim for damaged items, When I call they don't answer phone no more I call many times and sent email no reply.

DON'T! Don't use 500 Move! We moved from Tucson, AZ to Leland, NC, and what a disaster! From the beginning, first with pricing, that went up $3,000, then when this guy shows up, the first thing he says, twice, was "this is going to cost you a lot more!". He went through the house, and came up with a price of ANOTHER $5,000 which included some stuff that was staying with the house in Tucson! Did he adjust the price after I pointing this out?
