I trusted this shop so much. I have a 15 year old Subaru and went in for routine maintenance every 4-6 mos. I asked to please inspect the vehicle for winter safety necessity and was told a tire needed replacing- 2 days prior to the appointment, there was an engine failure, and I had it towed there per their recommendation.
