This is beyond my understanding that you call up a customer 15mins before the service is due and just cancel the whole thing after just one minute of conversation. In addition, they have such a snarky and childish attitude at 5am in the morning. If you have a choice in choosing your company, I would suggest you stay away from this one.
Absolutely amazing service here! Sue at the front desk and Benny are marvels! I've brought my car in a number of times and they've always taken great care of my car and their communication is top-notch. I would recommend them for anything from oil changes to more complex repairs!
