Terrible communication, disorganized, and lacking in any semblance of customer service. We bought a new boat that was sent to 50 State DMV for titling/registration. Their delays in getting the boat registration completed cost us an entire summer of boating. Edit: how I wish the timeline in the response below were true. Making a list of extra expenses I have to pay to fix their mistakes that they blame on everyone else now. Total trash customer service and company. Every dollar will be match in a legal representation if I need to. I have to do all of this because they registered my car at the wrong address and mailed the plate to another state. Total incompetence
I’ve seen a lot a reviews on how slow 50 State DMV is at processing people registration. After 3 or 4 weeks of waiting I contacted 50 state and asked how much longer. They said that they were waiting on dealership to send paperwork over. So it turned out that the dealership was the holdup in the process, NOT 50 state dmv. Only thing that could have been done differently is 50 state could have contacted me or dealership after 2 week of not receiving paperwork. Terrible customer service, manager Carmen Romero apparently does not like being questioned. Like all the other reviews, waiting on registration and tags. Called to follow up since I was told a date and frustrated because we have a vehicle we cannot use. Spoke with, Carmen Romero, just spoke over me and hung up. No attempt to listen and I have two witnesses who heard the conversation. If you are a dealer looking to use their services, run the other way.
This company does not like veterans and stanckly against help them. They refuse to be helpful and makes it a point to be very clear about it.
