Disappointed with 50 Forest Manor Rd. The concierge is incredibly rude and consistently makes things difficult for residents instead of being helpful. They refused to let me leave my luggage in the lobby even for a short moment and threatened to throw my belongings into the garbage room if I was gone for more than five minutes. Maintenance is also a nightmare, it took two months just to fix a drafty window. For the price you pay here, you expect much better service and basic efficiency. Highly do not recommend

I’m extremely disappointed with the management and front desk service in this building. I’ve had an unresolved issue in my apartment for days, and no one has taken responsibility or followed up. When I reached out, I was met with a rude attitude instead of support. At one point, I was told “this isn’t the only issue we have,” which is completely unacceptable when tenants are dealing with urgent problems in their own homes.
