Andrew is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is not polite at all and, at one point, actually called me stupid, which is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. He does not help residents and shows no interest in resolving issues. Security is no better—they are not helpful at all and seem more focused on finding ways to charge residents for every little thing rather than providing support or safety. It’s unbelievable this management team is still here. They’ve had it far too good for far too long.
Poor management, the management team try to make things difficult for the tenant, strict policy .Security is not helpful at all.
I often overhear conversations between the concierge aka "security" and the residents and the concierge often sound quite rude. None of them smile nor say hi. I have only ever seen them greet people from their own culture. I want to inform everyone that you don't have to tolerate their behaviour. Feel free to let them know that the way they're talking to you is unacceptable.
