Poor management, the management team try to make things difficult for the tenant, strict policy .Security is not helpful at all.
I often overhear conversations between the concierge aka "security" and the residents and the concierge often sound quite rude. None of them smile nor say hi. I have only ever seen them greet people from their own culture. I want to inform everyone that you don't have to tolerate their behaviour.
