We trusted 50 Floor to deliver a flawless execution of carpet, subfloor correction and LVP installation. Quality is not a trademark of 50 Floor. I absolutely regret purchasing from 50 Floor. Our carpet had staple markings after installation. LVP product had damage and was not of advertised quality. Our carpet installation crew spoke zero English. While the installation itself initially appeared satisfactory, I noticed "a chipped tile near the entryway and an uneven threshold transition that remains broken and incomplete". I have made previous attempts to bring these concerns their attention, but unfortunately, there has been a lack of effective follow-through and communication from 50 floor. Flooring came out amazing, but dealing with the 50 floor staff is a nightmare.   They come to your home, and make promises on how easy things are, that instillation is one day, and they push a warranty that is a total lie.   They collect your money before they do any work (not the standard practice for this industry based upon quotes from other 4 vendors).  They arrive and explain their sales reps promise things that are not true.  Then leave your house a mess and don’t move furniture back.  I have a voicemail from their reg... read more

BUYER BEWARE!! VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!!! Dana Mason - Regional Customer Service Manage and Brian Sklenar, General Manager of 50 Floor in Fort Myers, Florida, are a disgrace to this company, or maybe the company as whole is a disgrace. They just lie to you over and over again, promising to repair the not only incorrectly installed flooring in my entire house but they have also installed flooring that is defective and cupping (this I'm told is a manufacturing problem). If it was possible to give a zero, I would. 50 Floor was a terrible experience. The only smooth part was the sales visit. The representative took measurements and we selected our carpet. We had not moved in yet, and we lived 50 miles away. On installation day, I cleared my work schedule and drove to the property. 30 minutes after the arrival window opened, 50 Floor called and cancelled my installation for the day. Don’t have your bathroom done. 12,000 damage from them sealing my toilet all around. Mold in the walls. Didn’t know it was leaking into wall. All the corporate guys could say is “5 day warranty on toilet” over a year later I’m finally have the money to fix. They don’t care about the customer.
