Really liked our sales guy and floors turned out good but we added on the Kilz treatment for one room and the installer just used paint that I had from painting walls on the concerning spot. Not the actual Kilz we paid an additional $150 for. Plus I’ve tried reaching out to the company about this to get a response and no one will help me or respond back.
David T was on time and so knowledgeable of the floor samples he showed us. We picked the perfect color wood for our home. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the salesman and we are so happy with our home. It has a whole new feel and look. Will definitely recommend 50 Floors to anyone looking for something new to brighten up their home. Thank you so much.
Jim and Ryan Came out and gave me pricing it was a great price for the excellent flooring .They were very knowledgeable and professional ,Highly recommended.
Ryan came out this morning and was amazing. This is the first big purchase for my home and I was completely overwhelmed. He put me at ease right away. Got to know me and then we decided what was the best option and color. I am beyond excited to see the finished product in my home. 50 floor also came in way below budget. I would highly recommend Ryan and 50 floor. Stay tuned for review next week when they are installed.
Don’t be fooled! They will not honor their warranty. I was told this wasn’t a product defect or installation problem. The ends are coming up and are a tripping hazard. The sales person assured us if we had any issues they would be addressed. What a bad experience.!
This is by far the worst experience, I've had with a company that claims to be of high caliber. First, the installers were extremely unprofessional. They must be paid by the hour because I caught them watching youtube videos and relaxing on the job multiple times. I had to stop what I was doing and go sit and watch them to ensure they would work. If I could give less than a 1 star I would! 50 floor scheduled to come and do our floors, showed up decided they weren't replacing the tack stripes that were still usable. (It was discussed all tack strips would be replaced as the floors were VERY OLD!) After that they never even finished the job and left! We've called and the response we get was a GM needs to reach out. It would probably be Monday! Excuse me?!?! How are we supposed to live in a tore apart house with a 2yo until monday?!?
