Needed some wheel studs for their wheel spacers I bought from them. They kept telling me they would get them but never did was even told they are pulling them now. Then was told they didn't have time to get them because they have a show coming up. The owner raised his voice and said his show is more important than a customer, if that wasn't bad enough the lady on the phone said they were just sitting in a bin in the shop. Someone can't go pick them up, what would it take 5 minutes.
