DO NOT use 5 Towers Marine for any upholstery work! We got our boat seats redone by them and looked good at first but after less than a year with seats remained covered other then a few hours of use the material changed colors and now none of the seats match each other at all and looks terrible. It did not even change colors evenly and went from a beige to mixture of grays. Appears to have been mix matched or faulty fabric maybe from different runs. My husband and I own a business so I do not take negative reviews lightly, I would rather just take my issues up with the business and allow them to make it right. However, Mr Jumper has decided to ignore or disregard every opportunity we have given him to address the situation. Almost a YEAR ago now, we took our pontoon boat with a functional Johnson evinrude 85 hp motor. It was old, and ran rough, but it ran. Ian personally came and got our boat at our dock. He replaced our Bimini and maintenanced our engine and returned the boat to our dock. His service was professional, timely and reasonable. I highly recommend 5 Towers.
We used 5 Towers Marine recently for individual seat covers, Bimini & Bimini boot replacement, annual maintenance, and toon acid wash. Ian was very responsive from the initial quote inquiry through job start and finish and reasonably priced as well. He was willing to work with us on pick up and drop off timing and his turnaround time to complete the work was better than expected. We are very happy with the workmanship and are happy to recommend Ian Jumper at 5 Towers Marine to others.
