Gives that rough uplifting feel that a gym should have compared to these modern gyms that serve lattes and stress cards. The staff are very friendly and also knowledgeable in the gospel! The unique attribute of this gym is that it also doubles as a church to which I plan a visit with my family. This gym also offers classes and training in rescues and emergency operations. Whether your wanting to learn about Jesus, getting fit, or both this is the place.

Visiting family from Philly and needed a place to keep up with my lifting. I searched around and saw photos of their weight room and got a day pass online. Such a wonderful place. I think one of Lebanon’s gems. Thank you for teaching me about God. (:

On top of how great of a gym it is. I didn't even know the place is a church.

5 Stones was welcoming from the first time I visited then joined about 2.5 years ago. I joined to improve BJJ skills and it led to feeling a part of a community. When things were not going well people empathized. When things were great they celebrated. It is much more than a gym, it is a community with a purpose. I moved from the area recently and will miss it a lot and try to visit when I can!
