Gives that rough uplifting feel that a gym should have compared to these modern gyms that serve lattes and stress cards. The staff are very friendly and also knowledgeable in the gospel! The unique attribute of this gym is that it also doubles as a church to which I plan a visit with my family. This gym also offers classes and training in rescues and emergency operations. Whether your wanting to learn about Jesus, getting fit, or both this is the place.
First time we were there. Everyone was so nice!!
Visiting family from Philly and needed a place to keep up with my lifting. I searched around and saw photos of their weight room and got a day pass online. From the moment I contacted them they were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Their facility is large with great equipment (lots of benches, platforms, racks, rowers, rogue equipment etc.) and lots of space, indoor and outdoor.
