BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! These people run their business from their home and are extremely unprofessional. They violated zoning laws in Baltimore County and were reported. Almost immediately they started revving EXTREMELY LOUD engines in the evening in retaliation to intimidate the neighborhood. The entire neighborhood of Crafton Avenue can confirm this is true. I even have a photo of them welding in their backyard without proper equipment.
Lance and his crew are top notch professionals. He handled a number of projects for us in our new property in Las Vegas, including managing other contractors for work that required special equipment or certifications. His rates were very affordable. He was always on time and easy to work with. I highly recommend 5 Stars!
We were very happy with our experience using Ivan and team on our listing property in Canton in late '24. They painted the entire interior of the house (baseboards, walls, trim, ceilings, etc). Their team even, unprompted, took down and replaced shelving, handrails, etc while painting to ensure a thorough and clean paint job. BEWARE of this company!!! The first meeting Ivan showed up over two hours late to a planned appointment. I still showed him the project and decided to use him because I was trying to move in quickly. We agreed on a start date. I communicated the rules and hours of the building however Ivan along with his crew showed up over 30 min early and when they were not allowed to enter the building stormed off and said they would start the next day.
