Totally a trash place, didn’t understood what i asked for. Messed up my hair, such a big mistake to try this place.

Had an 11am appointment for a hair cut and when I got there I found a note on the door saying 'sorry we are sick today' imagine that!!! I had to wait in the cold for 10 minutes for my ordered Lyft to take me back home! Wasted time and money! All they had to do was call meVery poor customer service.
