I hired them to repair my refrigerator. The bottom freezer worked but the top area didn't. They came, defrosted the freezer and told us we were overloading the freezer so the fan couldn't get cold up to the refrigerator part. They said they'd email me a receipt. Within 48 hours the same problem occurred (I found out later they should have checked the defrost sensor) .
