I loved My 5.0 F150 already. 5 STAR TUNING made me fall back in love with it. 100% Recommended. Their tune literally fixed all of my performance concerns at Once. 10R80 is normally very clunky and has weird patterns that change w adapts. Extremely rude and kept trying to argue with me about a defective device because they didn't understand how it works. Definitely buy from amazon or a reputable place that knows what they're talking about/selling. Edit: was forced to do a chargeback and got my money back. Again, look elsewhere for any products you need or you might have to do the same
I purchased my Ford V-10 tune in 2019. I recently had some engine issues and when I got the RV back from the mechanic, the engine ECM seemed to have been reprogrammed. When I got back from the trip I contacted 5-star to see if I could re-tune the ECM. Andy guided me through the whole process and we returned the vehicle to the stock tune, then re-updated it to the 2019 tune. Sent my 2018 mustang gt 401a in for an header install and tune. Told them that I had a pretty busy schedule with work and they made everything so fluid. Amazing communication and customer service, pictures of everything as it was being done. Results have been amazing! They let me drop car off day before and had everything rolling super quickly. Everyone there was beyond friendly and fast with getting answers when I needed it. Definitely recommend it, especially for any of my SC locals!
