If I didn’t have such good managers then I probably would have been fired by now because of how many times I’ve been late or couldn’t come in because of these people. I’m switching to a different company because of how many times I’ve been late to work. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody!
I would never ever ever recommend this company to trust with loved ones. My grandson waited outside his work place for more than an hour.HIS TRANSPORTATION NEVER SHOWED UP. you suckered 5 star! Disabled people should never rely on you!
5 Star transported my father to the hospital from nursing home and the kind of service that they provided was excelent.Very carring well organized and professional. I would use them again if I ever need a Transportation.
5 Star Transportation has been transporting my mother for the past 5 years. The drivers are courteous and respectful. I just want to thank 5 Star Transportation for their hard work and services throughout the years of transporting my father. I really Just have to give this company the 5 Stars that they deserve!! I would definitely recommend for all your transportation needs!

I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional management. I have been manager of Medical Services for 40 years. I can only speak for my experiences. I have booked well in advance and also checked the day before pick-up, only 3 times out of 25 did I even see a five star Cab only once out of the 3 did they find my residence. I have missed serious Specialized Physician Appts., If you call and complain, instead of getting you into a Taxi they take offense and refuse you. Stating that you misbehaved. These people suck.they can't even get you to where you need to be with a 4 day notice.
These ppl are terrible. Im callin bbb about this. They collect money from my insurance to treat me like crap! I took my 18 month old to dr and aftr i called and told the guy who dropped me off i was ready. He said he was headed there. Half hour goes by i call again. Get the same answer. The whole time in the car there dude talked on his phone. Was looking at papers and felt unsafe driving with him. But when i called a third time he forwarded the call. 4 times!!!
