I highly recommend 5 Star RV. Today was the second time I've needed Martie's skills. First time was with a slide issue and today with a hot water heater problem. Both times he was at our camper within 30 minutes and had the problem resolved quickly. Thanks Martie.
I love my camper. But i sorta bought a lemon. But 5 stars turning it, into lemonade for me. Super nice, polite, clean, well groomed and respectful. He's bringing me up to date with my sanctuary (camper) meanwhile he show'd me how to get by while we wait on the custom parts. Also corner of my slide out has split. He can fix that too, next. Without reliable repair ppl we'd live in squalor. I got no idea how to fix, nor could i. I am relieved.
If you need anything Rv or camper related, this is who you have to have. Great communication. Very detailed and time efficient. Helped me out of a bind and got my family back to camping properly in absolutely no time. This is not your typical mobil RV mechanic. Can not recommend enough! Its called 5 star for a reason. I will be using in the future for repairs and inspections.
Such genuine people! You don’t immediately think southern hospitality when you think RV technicians, but this company has it! Above and beyond seems to be standard for them, I really appreciated the way they welcomed my toddlers company while they were trying to complete the tasks I needed them to do. 5 stars isn’t just a name for this company, it’s they way they do business. They were efficient, while also taking time to answer my questions, and made me feel more secure in RV ownership.
