Huge shout out to Gary and his crew! They did a great job replacing the suspension on my 2012 enclosed snowmobile trailer. They went above and beyond by fixing little things that I didn’t even ask them to fix. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend these guys!
Want to thank Gary and his crew. An exceptional job was done on the repair of rusted basement supports and floor replacement on a '99 Newmar. After returning home I noticed a door needed realignment. Gary and his staff went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Most repair facilities were at least two weeks out before they could even get my travel trailer in to diagnose the issue. Gary was able to start repairs in two days and complete the repair in one day. They did everything they could to keep the cost down as well. I could never expect better service and quality work. I want to shout out to 5 Star RV Repairs. Great group that provides awesome service. Gary was able to squeeze us in his schedule to troubleshoot and replace our converter in a 5th wheel. We had to have some followup tweak and Matt came to our campground and solved the issue quickly. Gary has 2 great tech's, Matt and Larry. Gary took great care of us as the owner with customer service and the tech, Matt, got our new water pump installed with no issues (and gloriously improved pressure!!) and fixed a few smaller issues. Both invested time and research with the manufacturers on a temperature sensor issue and were honest and straight up about cost, diagnostics, and the cost-benefit analysis. Both were responsive and professional.
