I’ve rented several cars on Turo since around 2018. It's the Airbnb of vehicles. Recently, though, experiences with large fleet owners within Turo (for example, LA Auto) have seriously declined. The main issue is poor communication and misleading pickup information. Instructions are often missing, incomplete, or incorrect, leaving renters waiting for messages and walking across massive parking lots. Great experience renting Ford Bronco from 5 Star Rides. Communication and pickup/dropoff directions were easy to follow and clear. Car was clean and in perfect condition!
