Scott and Ben provided excellent customer service ! They are very professional and you can tell they take pride in what they do ! The interior of my car was in pretty yucky shape due to all the hustle and bustle with kids and traveling . We practically live in our car ! I never have time to do a deep clean so I thought I would treat myself ! So glad I did! Scott did a great job on my old beat up car. He took a car that hasn't seen much love and turned it into a car that looks and feels brand new. This was my first time getting my car detailed and I had a great experience. Will definately use his service again for my other vehicle.
I contacted 5 Star to detail a black 2013 VW Beetle we had just purchased from Carmax. There were swirls in the clearcoat everywhere and a particularly bad spot in the middle of the hood where some inexperienced "detailer" made a mess. Scott got ALL of the swirls out and completely took care of the previous detailer's mistake on the hood. Scott also did a wonderful job on the interior. This car looks absolutely FANTASTIC now! Scott did a great job cleaning the inside of my Versa. Had old coffee stains on the rear seat and on the seat belts. I was only expecting an improvement in appearance, however Scott made those stains vanish. Very detailed and doesn't rush. Couldn't be more happy that I took the car to him.
