5 Star came out to fix several problems with my townhome this morning. Brian was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional; all at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend their services!
I have quite a list of electrical repairs and have really struggled to get contractors to work within my budget to knock them out. 5 Star came out and knocked out a chunk of my list very professionally and politely. Justin, and his team did an excellent job at getting our AC replaced quickly, cleanly, and for a great price. They also informed me that there was a rebate available for me through Xcel. They clearly go above and beyond for their customers, will be using them moving forward for any plumbing and HVAC needs.
Justin came out within 2 hours on 07/05/25 when we lost our A/C. My granddaughter has 3 children under 5 (one under 2 with medical issues) we were cooling off in no time. I use them for all my houses. Great customer service...that's why!
