Had a furnace emergency and called 5 Star Plumbing, Heating, and Air after calling 3 other places closer to us with no help. So thankful they were willing to come out within the hour to help. Justin was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable! He fixed our problem in a timely manner and showed us some tips and tricks along the way. Definitely recommend!

The install of my new furnace was sub-par. I went to go and check on the workmanship after it was installed and noticed a large gap where the upper ductwork attached to the new furnace. Upon further inspection I noticed the installer tried to goop some silicone in the crack thinking that would work somehow, not professional at all. They came out and attached some heavy duty aluminum tape over the joint which fixed it but that was my first sign of a poor job.
