Quick turnaround, came same day to assess and provide a quote. Once work agreed upon, came out the next business day and performed the work. They replaced two 50+ year old toilets and the lines/valves to them from the wall. I couldn't be there to buy or get the toilets delivered, so they picked them up as well. Only constructive feedback would be around the Service fee and how the office representative states it will: "go towards the total cost." Eze arrived early and was very professional . They did a great job in explaining what they did. Great customer service. When I made the appointment they had everything in stock and were able to come the next day to replace the hot water heater.

Had a flowing tub spout that would not shut off on a rental property, I called these guys at 10:30a on a Saturday, they were able to come out at 6:30p that night (luckily, the tenant was able to eventually "manhandle" the knob enough to get it down to a trickle so we weren't bleeding water for 8 hours or had to have the tenant deal with a no water situation all day). They were not able to fix the issue with my sump pump. The service fee was $150, which was $60 more than the company I called the next day. That company noted that the loose wiring left on top of the pump was likely not helping. They fixed the issue for 1/4 of the price I was quoted by 5 star for pump replacement, and waived the service fee.
