I would recommend 5 Star Physique to anyone looking for a Gym This gym is located on the Northern beaches. Nothing compares. I drove from the Eastern Suburbs 3 times a week to train with Silvia. It has state of the art equipment, extremely clean, and the member are friendly. If you are looking for a trainer, you cannot go past the owners Silvia and Dan. They are committed to supporting you all the way. From diet to programs. They offer it all. Thank you for your support and helping me achieve my goal.

This is by far the best gym I've ever been to!!!The trainers are amazing they have so much experience in the fitness industry, they have so much knowledge an really care about your journey, it's such a clean gym with awesome machines! I love it !!!
