I've had such a great experience at this gym. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping members reach their goals. The gym has a fantastic atmosphere, is always clean and well-maintained, and has a great range of equipment. The biggest highlight for me has been my personal training experience. Gym facilities are fantastic and the environment is friendly and welcoming. The equipment is clean with an abundance of machine selections. Dan and Silvia are highly skilled and knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and nutrition and are extremely encouraging to all clients at different levels of training.

I have to say that this gym is seriously a hidden gem! It can be quite intimidating walking into a body building boutique for the first time, but Sylvia and Daniel were more than warm and welcoming, it’s a great vibe and everyone is lovely and dedicated to their training, the gym has all the equipment you need and no one’s ever waiting to use a machine plus everything is so CLEAN which is a big deal for most places!
