I have to say that this gym is seriously a hidden gem! It can be quite intimidating walking into a body building boutique for the first time, but Sylvia and Daniel were more than warm and welcoming, it’s a great vibe and everyone is lovely and dedicated to their training, the gym has all the equipment you need and no one’s ever waiting to use a machine plus everything is so CLEAN which is a big deal for most places! Amazing gym! Super clean, well-maintained, and such a great atmosphere. The trainers are highly experienced and truly passionate about what they do - you can feel their knowledge and dedication in every session. Silvia and Dan are absolutely amazing-so supportive, professional, and full of positive energy. Highly recommend!

I honestly don’t even know where to start… Working with Silvia has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This was my very first competition prep, and not only did I step on stage – I won 1st place in all 4 of my categories and took out the Overall title.
