I called ahead to be sure they had the theme balloons I was looking for, the lady who answered sounded very professional, I placed my order over the phone. By the time i arrived my order was ready, the store has a lot of variety and ended up buying candy as well.. great service, clean and organized store
Love this place! The customer service is always amazing everyone is so helpful, friendly, and always greeting you with a smile. On top of that, the store is incredibly clean and organized. Highly recommend for any party needs!
What’s the point of posting business hours if you’re not open during them? I drove here to get balloons inflated only to find the store closed, despite being listed as open. Calling ahead wasn’t an option because nobody answers the phone either. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. The lack of communication and inconsistent hours make this business very difficult to rely on.
Needed to get helium for balloons I bought the price was reasonable. A busy shopping strip, Parking was tight.
