In the past, when I visited this place, I felt immense pressure to purchase items from specific employees, particularly after discussing my budget with the staff at 5 Star. Recently, I returned after months and noticed a change in the environment and atmosphere. I met Courtney, the new manager, and I absolutely loved her! My dad and I have been regulars at 5 Star since October 2022, consistently coming in for body scans after our workouts. My dad is a kidney transplant recipient, and when nature calls, it’s urgent for him. Every visit, he has always been allowed to use the restroom without issue, until today. Upon arrival, my dad went straight to the bathroom as usual.
