For me waiting over 20 mins to make a purchase is a poor experience. 10 mins should be the longest interaction between clients in this kind of environment.
Nick is amazing, as is the entire staffing and store itself. But Nick? Man that guy is super awesome at what he does. His customer service and his advice is spot on. He is very supportive and respectful. He acknowledges the customers (myself) wants and needs. This man is apart of the reason im still on my journey to being the best i can be fitness and health wise. I will continue to support this store.
