I had an awesome experience at 5 Star Nutrition Fort Walton Beach! Josh was incredibly helpful and took the time to perform an InBody Analysis for me. He not only explained my results in detail but also gave me great insights on how to use the information to track my fitness progress. I was really worried about going into a more corporate supplement store (although they are now franchise). However, when I came in the door I was met by Josh and his team and they were great. They scanned me, told me my needs, listened to what I had to say and recommended a few things but were not pushy salesmen like some of the old places were. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re trying to get healthy.
