This salon has changed ownership and no longer has the personal touch that I experienced when Paul owned the salon. There is always a wait now even when I've booked an appointment. Several customers were upset with the wait when I was there recently. I think they try to handle too many clients!
I was a walk in appointment, but I was treated with all the courtesy of a scheduled appointment. Almost all the chairs were full, but they got me seated for my pedicure quickly. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was wonderful! The station was clean and well organized, I watched them grab a kit of cleaned clippers and nail utensils. I had a horrible ingrown nail, but the girl was gentle and got it out with no damage to my nail or the skin around it. The whole process was relaxing and pleasant.
