I am an elderly Caucasian woman. They were unkind, rude and rolled their eyes at me multiple times every time I said I the nail was too long, too crocked or when they repeatedly kept trying to give me the wrong color. They lied to me about nail adhesion and product, stating that I had to have a top coat and they couldn't buff my nails out. They said $50 but then charge $10 for white tips and then charged an extra $10 for top coat. I came in for a pedicure and had a wonderful experience at 5 Star Nails! The staff was welcoming and professional, and the whole process was super relaxing. My feet feel amazing, and the polish looks smooth, shiny, and just what I wanted. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality pedicure!

Best spa pedicure I've ever had. Very professional, and quality service at the best. Thanks again. I'll be a returning customer. This post started as a 5 star, but they must be having an off day. **update Came back for maybe the 5th time. All was great until this last one. I had an appointment, yet this gal seemed rushed. The pedicure for the most part was okay. But the gel manicure was awful. I didn't see the gals I normally see. Update: Have been going back and have been very happy with the results.

Very Clean & Professional…they take extra care and patience with Elder customers… they always do a very good job…they provide a very relaxing environment… doesn’t matter who takes care of you every employee here does a very beautiful job!! Love this place
