Its funny they get 2 bad reviews and then suddenly on the same day they get 2 5 star reviews,,,folks trust the 2 bad reviews and not the 2 fake ones
Bad Service. They stick to the hourly rate and are very slow.
This company was hired to move me yesterday & per a Craigslist ad their services were $50 hour for 2 men with supplies & tools two men showed up at my home with NO SHRINK FILM OR FURNITURE COVERINGS OR SLIP PROOF COVERS FOR THEIR GYM SHOES... Which I did not want on my brand new carpet. These men were unknowledgeable on how to move my furniture which by the way was in perfect condition until they started banging & dropping things. I booked this moving company about two weeks ago. They arrived on time and were ready to work.
I called 5Starmovers on Friday since another company never showed up. They came at 8 p.m. ready to work and were professional, quick (they didn't milk the hourly rate), worked nonstop, and very affordable. They didn't charge extra for coming out at the last minute so late. My stuff wasn't damaged which I was grateful for since they did move me at night. I would definitely use them again and recommend.
