I cannot recommend 5-Star enough! No one wanted to try to fix our old AC and tried to quote us 12,000 to 14,000 for a new system. Rodney worked miracles and brought that old air conditioner back to life. Great price, kind service, fast and absolutely wonderful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We are hiring them again for our whole house water filter next month!
These guys are extremely unprofessional. Called them for a shower pan replacement quote and they located a drainage issue in the midst. After 2 days of not being able to solve my drainage issue. Their next step was to bring in a 3rd party excavator who had the proper tools costing me $3,800 if determined that was needed. I immediately decided to go with a more reputable plumber that I normally use for plumbing. Rodney and his team came out after an unfortunate handyman “fix”, and after a total assessment and walking us through what all we needed done (including answering our endless questions!) Rodney was able to get our issue resolved so quickly and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They were so easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely be reaching out for work in the future and recommending them to anyone in need of a good, qualified, and honest company!
I am giving one star as there is no negative or 0. They accepted home insurance request to diagnose the issue and scheduled a time spot . They didn’t came on that day, I tried to follow up and they confirmed will come next day early hours. As usual they didn’t show up, from next day they don’t even respond to calls.
