I hired them to replace a water heater and install a water softener that I had purchased. When giving the bid the owner stated the water softener install would be easy and cost almost nothing in parts and a little time to install it. The crew showed up without what was needed to install the water softener so they left to go to Menards and buy a bit of copper and some valves which I was ultimately charged $400 for, though I'm guessing it was about $75 in material. I cannot recommend 5-Star enough! No one wanted to try to fix our old AC and tried to quote us 12,000 to 14,000 for a new system. Rodney worked miracles and brought that old air conditioner back to life. Great price, kind service, fast and absolutely wonderful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We are hiring them again for our whole house water filter next month!
