I come every 4-6 months for cleanings. Nice people, but I am confused and uncomfortable about the high staff turnover. I have had many dentists and hygenists over the past 5 years at Five Star Family Dental, and the new staff tend to not recognize the names of the previous dentists and hygienists, which is very weird. Aren't their names mentioned in previous appointment notes, at least? The lack of retention and not knowing who I will actually be seeing when I come in for appointments makes me want to leave.

I scheduled an appointment at this dental office based on their website, which stated they accept my insurance. However, when they called the next day, I was told they do not accept my insurance, despite what their website says and my insurance provider. They tried to offer me a $99 package instead. This was a waste of my time and feels misleading—be careful if you are relying on their website for accurate insurance information.

This is not the place for new patients that are minors. Took my child today for her first visit, they said they would take her for an xray and be right back to get me. 15 min later, I asked - where is my child?? They let me in only to find my child in the exam chair and ALREADY had both her exam and cleaning without me present!!! In less than 15-20 min so how thorough of a visit was it really? Loved my experience here. It's been a long time since I've gone to the Dentist and ever since going here I have been a lot more comfortable and confident about my Dental Visits! They listen to you, explain things with care and detail, and will answer any questions you have.

I truly love how the staff is always helpful and the doctors is phenomenal I’ve never been to a dentist office where the performed great Service they actually care about there patients especially the Manager Sherka she always gives me calls of reminders because there has been times where I literally forgot my appointment. But thanks to Sherka I was able to get in within a matter of two days. They go over and beyond for there patients.
