To whom it may concern I’ve be a member of your car wash for about 4 yrs this is the third week that the big brush is not working my car is not as clean I’m thinking of turning in my membership please get it fix asap
Got my car washed paid $30 for the best plan you can get but car is still dirty. Tires are not clean white smudges and residue on my car that was not there before. I called Customer service spoke with the manager John and he told me “well you live in you learn.” Are you serious? I will not be coming back. P.s this is the first bad review I’ve ever made I never do this but John was very unprofessional and rude. My service did not auto renew for some reason. Ken came and helped us out. He also had some valuable information about how to get the tree sap off. Thank you for your help Ken.
Save your frustration and time and don’t even bother with this place. Not only does your car not get cleaned- you can run it through twice it doesn’t matter still dirty- but when they try to sell you a monthly plan at a cheaper discount and take your card info and charge you monthly more each month and it’s a nightmare to cancel. I was lied to in order to get my card info. I wish I never went to this place it also damaged my car in the car wash it scratched the front of it.
