Earlier in the day made an appointment for 5pm, got there around 4:52 had a gentleman in the chair asked if “I can wait” thinking that the cut would be a few minutes into my time slot (which he finished at 5:05), nope he had his buddy hop in the chair ahead of me at 5:06. Terrible experience especially for a new possible client. I would never treat my customers this way. What’s the point of appointments
