After our basement had a sewage backup and flooding issue, I did a quick search online and called Danial. After speaking with him over the phone I felt much more calm about the situation. They came out that day and ripped my floors up, to reveal a situation I certainly wasn't ready for and even surprised them. I had a leak from my roof in my closet and had no idea what to do. I called 5 star and they had a team show up the same day and explain all the steps needed for remediation. They walked me through the steps for submitting my claim through insurance as well. Everything was dried, replaced and my claim was fully covered. Very happy that they reduced my stress and made this daunting process very easy and smooth

Daniel and his team were on-site within the hour helping us clean up after a flood in our condo. He gave us clear instructions on how best to mitigate the damage and also what our restoration options are. As someone who does better with more information than less, this was ideal! Would definitely recommend.

Daniel and his team were easy to talk to, answered all of our questions and helped us save money while managing our repair of the leak in our kitchen. Although we met him online using a Google search for highly rated leak repair services, it felt like we already knew him once we got to talking. Highly recommend.
