My basement had a sewer back up caused by the city. Entire basement was flooded. 5 Star Cleaning explained all the steps necessary for restoring my basement. They promptly started the work. They dealt directly with my insurance, provided them with reports/invoice/pictures. I was really pleased in dealing with them during a super stressful situation. Highly recommend
FAR FROM 5 STAR - Out of desperation, I called this company whom I had once used before (with satisfaction) when my dog vomited and had an upset stomach all over my carpet. Arriving in a timely manner, and after cleaning my carpets, they offered a false sense of hope by telling me their special solution was able to remove all the stains which I so desperately explained I needed to happen, except when it dries, all the stains reappear.
