The owner Carl Wrote my family checks with no funds. They own a trailer manufacturer. it’s been half a year and he always gives them the run around. Very unprofessional & untrustworthy. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership.
Picked up vin #8678 6x12TA Charcoal in color from Giddy Up Cargo/Xtreme Cargo Trailers 2/6/24 in Nicholls GA he promised to pay our company for the trailer asked us to hold a check for 2 weeks. He then SOLD the trailer and has yet to this day paid us for the trailer!!! He pretty much has STOLD this trailer from our company. I hope they arrest him for what he has done!!! Buyer beware!! I tried to purchase a 6x12 trailer from Carl Cummings at 5 star. I ordered the trailer on 12/8/2023 and still didn't deliver the trailer. I had to call my credit company in April 2024 to get some of my money back after 5 months. I’m still out of my initial deposit. He is no longer respond to text nor phone calls. Do not purchase anything from this individual under any circumstances. This guy is thief and liar, nothing but, a slimy tongued con.
I purchased a trailer from Carl Cummings at 5 star. After using the trailer 3 times, the wheel literally fell off. Repeated promises by Carl lasting months has resulted in no fix or replacement although it’s suppose to be under warranty. Do not purchase from this individual under any circumstances. BECAREFUL to purchase a trailer from this company!!! We put down payment to purchase trailer on October for $4000 and he said will be ready in two week and we never get it until now. He never building the trailer and he use our money for something else. He make up story for 2 month to get excuse for return our money. If he asking you to put down payment please don’t. I already report him and I don’t want somebody got scam like me. Stay away from this company.
