My favorite...still the best around in 2023 and 2025. Staff does the best job!!
Drove my truck over to 5 star to get it washed and as they’re finishing the detail, one of the workers come over and notify me that there is a piece of metal in the tire and it is flat. My tires have sensors and no sensor came on while I was driving the car there however, the size of the metal that was wedged in my tire was too big to sustain any air in the tire. Wasn't 5 but closed how? And your just sitting there
I don't normally write reviews, but each time I go to 5 star car wash I am ignored while waiting in line to check in. It only happens with the older guy. He act like I am not sitting there, he waits on the people who are behind me in the same line and on side of me who arrived after me. This is not a one off it has happened several times. I previously mentioned the issue to the manager, he dismissed it stating "he has his own way of doing things", so in my mind you approve of what he's doing. I went to get a hand wash on my old Subaru and they did an excellent job. I was really happy with the customer service with the attendant who cashed me out and the manager. I saw them both attend to customers with such care and I will definitely be back.
