We could not be happier about our shades and the service provided. This is the best company for shades in Escambia as well as Santa Rosa, we have gone through several companies for estimates and 5 Star Shades has far exceeded our expectations. I am very pleased with the new motorized roller shades in my sunroom. Gary carefully measured my windows and gave me a fair quote. I chose a 5% shade which filters 95% of the UV rays and will keep my sunroom cooler in the hot summer months. On the day of installation, he removed and disposed of my old vertical blinds. Gary was extremely helpful. Through no fault of his, our blinds were not ready, but he made sure we had window covering and immediately brought our blinds out the next day as soon as they arrived. He was able to provide a couple of blinds that had not been on the original order. He was very friendly and professional .
Needed parts to fix my vertices blinds header. He had all my needed pieces to repair. Very nice man.
