Love this spot fr ❤️ They got high quality stuff and the prices alwaysss be hittin. It’s clean too thankfully. Employees are nice and have good attitudes

This store has a great selection of beauty, hair, and accessories. My customer service experience with Bree was amazing; she was well-informed and versed in the types of hair. She went through the color details with me and explained the brand and how the hair was formulated. With all the messaging out now about toxic chemicals in hair, it's important that everyone does their own research and reads about the products. The moment I walked into the store, I was followed by a young lady who never once asked if I needed help. I’ve shopped at this location before, so I understand shoplifting is an issue, but at least greet customers instead of shadowing them. My second issue was with the pricing. I was purchasing four packs of Freetress crochet hair. Two of the packs were clearly marked $10.99, yet she rang one up for $10.99 and the others for $11.99. I entered the store at approximately 7:45pm, fully aware they were closing soon, and moved quickly while keeping track of the time. Most of the store lights were already turned off, so I was using my phone flashlight to see the products. As I was moving fast, male employee, an older Asian man, told me, “It’s time to go.” It was 7:43pm. I responded that I understood, I was watching the time, and that I was trying to move fast.
