I've found it to be pricier than other beauty supply stores that I frequent. However, its bigger than I thought and they have a huge variety of supplies.
I tried to call and ask a question and the little girl who works there clearly needs job training! She kept pretending to answer the phone and hung up in my ear 3 different times! When running a business, it’s IMPORTANT that the employees don’t hinder your success!
Great customer service and they give a lot of free samples.
They have everything and they’re always so nice
