Probably the worst beauty supply store experience I’ve ever had looking for clip in extensions— Also you can only return something for store credit(not directly to your card). Strange policy and only beauty supply store to do this. the owners don’t respect the shoppers , it’s very clear- let’s stop supporting this location. Also- I like to take my time and look at the hair products but now you need the salesperson at the counter to do so, and they’re usually not knowledgeable or helpful. On Saturday, I took my daughter to a hair appointment at the nearby salon suites. I arrived thinking the hair would be too included with her service. I was told that I needed to purchase hair, last minute obviously. I have stopped supporting these types of businesses, but had no choice as my daughter had to get her hair done for school. I went to this business which is a few doors down from the salon suites. The lady that helped me with the human hair told me the price was $54 for 14in.
