I have been going to 5 Star for maintenance on my car for a handful of years and I wouldn't choose anyone else! The guys in the service department are extremely helpful and they know what they are doing! So, when my car started to age, there was no other place that I wanted to go to search for another car. Because this was my first car purchase from a dealer, I didn't know what to expect. Thankfully, 5 Star was able to give me a car that fit my needs and explain to me what my options were. Everything was very easy and they went over everything with me so I knew what was going on.
These are professional, courteous and down-to-earth people. No pressure of any kind. All aspects of the deal were transparent and explained in layman's terms. Thanks gentlemen, great job!
I've been extremely pleased with the level of service I've received from 5 Star! It is hard to find someone to trust in getting your car serviced. They've been straight shooters and really took care of my cars!
