5 Star is the ONLY place I will have work done on my cars. They are the least expensive shop in town and they go above and beyond to get you back on the road. Example I had driver side break line done at another recommended shop (P.T.) in town and was charged $170. First time back on the road the passenger side went out. Brought it to 5 Star and was only charged $68, and because they noticed my oil was low they put in 2 quarts and topped off my coolant at no additional charge. Best experience ever. Great service friendly people. I was stranded on the side of the road. Not only did they help me out by squeezing me in right away but they only charged $60 to tow Me from Jefferson and the labor rate isn't outrageous either. And I was there when the girl who wrote the One star review was. If the mechanic is telling you all that is wrong with your vehicle and you tell him only fix this because that's all you had money for you should expect to still have problems with your vehicle. Do not get your car fixed here. Spent way too much money and it's not even fixed! My car was in the shop for three days and they never called to give me an status update. I called every time. Go somewhere else that is worth your time and money! �
I'm not sure what happened with the 1star guys but my experience was 5 stars for five star auto. I trust them to do all the work on my cars, and they have delivered. 5 Star Auto is the only shop around willing to work on my heavy modified car. Will continue doing business with them.
If you are in whitewater don't ever get your car fixed by 5 star auto repair shop they lack responsibility, professionalism, and dignity. My starter was in perfect condition before it left their care they spilled oil on my starter and and refused to fix my car for free or a discount price they said they will not fix my starter and shit happens some times and expect me to pay full price if you want decent work done on your car with a shop they take responsibility do not go to 5 star auto repair shop
