At five Star Auto credit they go the extra mile to make sure that you're happy with the vehicle that you want and it will do everything possible to make sure that you get into that vehicle Matt was great he went and did everything he could to make sure it happened. They will explain everything in detail and go through over everything with you that you completely understand what you're getting into and will always make sure that you're happy and make sure you come first!
Matt was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The Lake St. Louis location is very clean and well kept. Their office is also wheelchair accessible. We were very impressed with how smooth and seamless it was to purchase our truck. Between the excellent customer service and the appearance of the office we were beyond satisfied with our experience. My boyfriend & I have both bought our cars here it was such an easy & quick experience! They also didn’t mind that we had our toddler with us both times which meant so much!
Amazing experience, Matt was super helpful and went the extra mile as we brought kids in with us. He was patient with them interacted with them and made us all feel super comfortable. I can 100% say the best experience me and my bf have ever had at a car lot!
