Great service. Easy to work with and honest. Won’t just do something to do it. Checks and double checks to make sure you really need something done. Gives options as to how far you want to go with a job. Great place.
This review makes me incredibly sad to write. 5 star was wonderful with the previous service writer. My family and I have brought multiple cars to 5 star over the years, this was my first experience since Mike has taken over as service writer and it was miserable. I have a Lexus Ls400 that has run flawlessly for years as these cars do. I brought it in for a noise coming from the alternator or power steering pump and we opted to replace them both plus the steering rack.
